Let love be genuine

Choir:
Now is the time to rise from sleep. (Rom.13:11)
Creation waits with eager longing
for the revealing of the children of God. (Rom. 8:19)
Put aside the works of darkness
and put on the armor of light. (Rom. 13:11-14)

Soloist:
Let love be genuine;
hate what is evil,
hold fast to what is good;
Love one another with mutual affection;
outdo one another in showing respect;
Do not lag in zeal,
be ardent in spirit,
serve the Lord.
Rejoice in hope,
be patient in suffering,
persevere in prayer.
Contribute to the needs of the church;
but also be charitable to the stranger. (Rom. 12:9-11)

Choir:
Open your hearts to see Christ in one another,
In Christ we all are one in the Spirit of love.
Do not be conformed to this world,
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. (Rom.12:2)

Owe no one anything, but to love one another; (Rom. 13:8)
Love bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never ends. (1 Cor. 13:7-8)
